Shipping
Order and shipping information
All of our products are shipped with tracking numbers, no matter where you are in the world. Once your order is ready to go, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Fulfillment & Delivery All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India. Since each item is handmade to order, we fulfill each one as per the timelines mentioned on the product page. After the item is prepared, it will be shipped to you.
For all countries
All shipments are sent as DAP (Delivery at Place), which means you, the recipient, are responsible for paying all import duties. These duties are charged once the package arrives in your country. We have no control over these costs and cannot tell you what they will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely.
For an estimate of the charges, it’s a good idea to contact your local customs office before you place an order. This will help you avoid unexpected fees. Please be aware that you are fully liable for all shipping costs and any customs charges, even if you refuse to accept a parcel because of high import duties or taxes.
Return refund and exchange
Since each item is handmade to order, all sales are final. This means we don’t offer refunds or returns.
However, if we’ve made a mistake and there is a quality issue with your item, we are happy to help.
Please email us within three days of receiving your order with pictures of the defect. We will review your request and let you know within two business days if you are eligible for an exchange.
For an exchange to be accepted, the item must be unworn and have all its original tags attached. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Store credit only
We don’t provide cash refunds for returns, but we will give you store credit for the value of the item(s) you return. You can use this credit toward future purchases on our website.
Exchange option
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us at customercare@the darzzin.com
and describe the issue. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Final sale item
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
